40g milk (3 tbsp)
100g all-purpose flour (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
25g sugar (2 tbsp)
25g brown sugar (2 tbsp)
0,5g salt (⅛ tsp)
2g baking powder (½ tsp)
25g vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
30g roasted hazelnuts (3 tbsp)
45g dark chocolate 60% (4 ½ tbsp)
For the chocolate dipping:
60g dark chocolate (6 tbsp)
For the top:
15g roasted hazelnuts (1 ½ tbsp)
