Описание: The District Attorney’s Office is reviewing video of a Prichard Police officer hitting a kidnapping suspect with a baseball bat during an arrest. The issue at hand is whether the officer used excessive force. “During this incident, the officer deployed a piece of equipment, a baseball bat, that is not authorized or issued by the department instead of the standard issued baton,” Mayor Gardner said.
