We visited the local market, enjoyed a warm meal at a local food joint, and even explored a river flowing through the area. The peaceful environment, surrounded by trees and cool weather, made the experience unique and refreshing.
Gatura is known for its tea farming, dairy farming, and vegetable crops like cabbages and carrots. It’s also located right on the border of Murang’a and Kiambu counties, making it a strategic point in the region.
