Ah, 'man like Hayate'! If only he was bought back for EX3 but.....this'll have to do!
Just about remembered Hayate's control motions in this one but interesting (and a fun fact to think about!) on Hayate's super combos in 'Rai Zan Shou' and 'Tsumuji Kagerou Kyoku' is actually and exactly used as a part of Garuda's 'Kyojinsenshu' LV3 Meteor Combo! The plot thickens, people especially with a 'conspiracy theory' I have on that one!
'Street Fighter EX2 Plus' was played on RetroArch, recorded via Nvidia GeForce Experience and re-encoded through Wondershare UniConverter/Filmora.
