If you guessed 44.5-72 hours per week... You are right!

Thats about 6.5-10 hours per day... im not sure where you fall but thats a lot of time!

And that doesn't even take into account interactions with people you come across on a daily basis at home work school and social events.

Some of these exposures are totally out of our control... while others we can control.

Im really big on surrounding yourself with people who will push you up instead of pull you down!

This doenst mean surrounding yourself with yes men... or women...

Do you see that bridge? Yes
That bridge is pretty high isn't it? Yes
If I jumped would it hurt? Yes
Should I jump? Yes
Do you think you should jump first! Yes

I have a very strong support system in my life... These are some of the things my support system has helped me with this week alone.

My coach helps me stay accountable and focused with my training and keeps reminding me of the bigger picture!
My wife helps me craft my ideas and get crystal clear on what I want... She also brings in positive words and encouragement.
My friend Derek who makes gaming video on youtube inspired me to make video again... and we challenge each other thought process
My friend Josh is a personal trainer and is working towards getting his pro card for bodybuilding

Josh actually said this today...

"I look back over the past 6 years and see how far we have come! It is fun to look 6 years into the future and see where we are going to be! The future is exactly what we make it! We are designing our lives. "

These are just a few of the many people I surround myself with...

This week lone I have been encouraged... challenged... inspired... and been told the truth!

With a support system like this I cant help but continue to grow!

Sometimes we have to treat our life like a garden... nurture and take care of the plants you want... and make sure to remove the bad weeds and vines that want to take over.

Work on the relationships that push you up... and limit time spent with/ or completely eliminate relationships that pull you down.

Its not easy but its worth it!
