Macc forest and its environs really do offer a collection of classic Peak District trails such as Cumberland Clough, Charity Lane and Three Shires Head as well as some off piste beauties. This truly provides a range of styles of riding that really entertain. I was really surprised tht Paul who rides most weekends had never ridden around the area so it was a bit of a guided ride in the end.
The trails are running really well and drying out, the sun is staying out longer and Spring is getting closer.
Not much else to say on this ride other than what a great day in the saddle.
