Peaceful sunset at Taj Mahal in Agra | India Darshan Ep 157 | The Rustic Wanderer

Описание: In Episode 157 of the India Darshan travel series, I finally got another chance to visit Agra and more specifically the Taj Mahal after nearly 20 years. The ride was short and peaceful from Etawah to Agra and I found a good and budget friendly hotel to stay at in Agra relatively quickly, Hotel Goyal Palace in Army Cantonment area.

After settling in to my room I drove straight to check out the iconic Taj Mahal. After wading through traffic I learned that one parks at the Metro station but I quickly discovered a parking scam yet again and after disputing charges, finally made it into the Taj Mahal from the West Gate.

Had a peaceful walk around the premises taking in a beautiful sunset and listening to the sound of the birds. After I was done taking ample photos and videos at the Taj Mahal, I drove to the Sadar Bazar nearby to try some street food and came back to my room to rest for the night.

I missed a few more sights today owing to shorter days but as I full-time traveler I am in no rush and have 1 full day out here where I plan to cover most of it. So, stay tuned for the next episode.
