Hi everyone,

Today we are going to play a traditional Scottish song called The Skye Boat Song. This piece has been made worldwide famous in the recent years as it is the main theme tune of the series Outlander.

The main technique used in this arrangement for solo guitar is:
Pulling off (noted with a blue line)

Note: The intro and outro serve to imitate the sound of a bagpipe.
It is essential to make the bassline sustain to accentuate that effect.
Make sure you hold the position of the G note on the bassline.

It's in standard tuning.
