Toledo, the roof-top restaurant located inside Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort just reopened with a new menu for vegan items. We checked it out on opening night and share our thoughts with you!
*Also I called the second sauce on the entree pastiche but I meant to say pistou! Pastiche isn't even a food! LOL oops!
