The Butterfly Effect: the idea that small, inconsequential moments can lead to huge consequences.
Tom Brady is the greatest quarterback of all time. During his career, he won a stupid amount of Super Bowls and playoff games. No other quarterback has anywhere near the amount of passing yards, completions, and touchdowns. The list of his accomplishments goes on and on.
But before ever winning anything in the NFL, Brady was just an average quarterback at the University of Michigan. His stats in college were mediocre at best, which led to him being drafted as late as the 6th round with the 199th pick in the NFL draft.
In 2001, Brady would get an opportunity to become a starting NFL quarterback. The New York Jets would injure Patriots’ quarterback Drew Bledsoe. From this point, Tom Brady would blossom into the greatest quarterback in NFL history.
