馬鈴薯燜雞 Braised Chicken With Potatoes
Thermomix Recipe的材料:

◾️食材
500 克 雞肉， 切塊
5辦 蒜頭， 剝皮
3 顆 小蔥頭， 剝皮
300 克， 馬鈴薯， 切大塊
60 克 水
20 克 油

醃製雞肉的醬料
25克 醬油
10克 黑醬油
1/2 茶匙鹽

🍽馬鈴薯燜雞的做法：
1）雞肉加入醃製的醬料， 醃製至少30 分鐘
2）吧蒜頭和小蔥頭放入主鍋， 以5秒/速度6 切碎， 用刮刀棒把主鍋邊緣的材料刮至鍋底
3）加入油， 以3分鐘/120℃/速度1 爆香。
4）加入醃製過的雞肉和醬料， 馬鈴薯和60克的水， 以18分鐘/120℃/反轉鍵/攪拌速度烹煮

◾️Ingredients:
500g chicken, chopped into pieces
5 garlic cloves, peeled
3 shallots, peeled
300g potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
20g oil
60g water

◾️Sauce:
25g light soy sauce
10g dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt

Method (cooking using Thermomix):
1) Marinate chicken with sauce for at least 30 mins
2) Place garlic and shallots into mixing bowl and chop 5sec/Speed6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
3) Add oil and saute 3 min /120℃/Speed 1
4) Add marinated chicken and sauce, potato and 60g water, cook 18min/120℃/ Reverse Speed Slow Stir
