We have it in our home, so we tried this first hand, it has no plastic in contact with the water, providing you and your family with microplastic-free healthy drinking.

We LOVE that it is a powerful kettle that can boil 1.7L of water within 4-5 min (though not perfectly silently). The retro thermometer dial is cute and allows you to check the desired temperature.

The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty for customers worldwide from the date of delivery, which is great as most brands offer only 1 year warranty.

The only drawback is that we wish they’d make a sleek pure stainless steel version with no plastic paint in the exterior. Also, it doesn’t have a limescale filter, aka the mesh filter in the spout of the kettle, but as we use filtered water this is not a main issue.
