Charging Connection: The negative terminal (Mowan) of a power adapter was connected to the battery's output port (Sorti) in order to "activate" (wake up) the battery and force it to begin charging.
Adapter Setting: The adapter was set to 40 Volts and 2 Amperes, and the battery was left to charge for a short period (about 20 minutes).
Standard Recharging: After the initial charging period, the scooter's original charger was connected.
Result: After a period of charging, Error 19 disappeared from the scooter's screen, and the blue light on the internal battery turned on, indicating that the battery had reached a charge level of 28%.
Important Note: This charging method is intended specifically for the Ninebot ES battery, as the repair person is familiar with its Battery Management System (BMS).
