I cleared this on Global with Catherine, Sylvie, Dana, Alyson, Winston and didn't need to reclear this later. Walk Catherine left and right so she only takes damage from the artillery once every 2 turns to have enough AP.

I finally hit Level 70 and this is the end game content for the best weapons. This stage at first may look very difficult with how the boss drops rockets in a 5x5 square centered around himself at the start of his action. This means any melee and shotgun users cannot be used in this stage. However, Catherine with just her invincibility passive makes this stage extremely easy to clear as the boss will only target her with attacks and can never act again as Catherine is always alone. The only thing that you have to manage is keeping Catherine with just enough AP to survive each turn. Healers are unnecessary, so just bring your best or worst damage dealers and shoot the boss dead within 6 turns. Winston with his 4 range and Spark passive ability should be great at chipping down the boss if Eileen is unavailable. Silvie or any martial artist can deal with the extra mobs that spawn.

Since the bosses rockets apply a -2 Mobility debuff to anyone hit, Catherine will need a +1 mobility booster to be able to move 3 blocks every turn. That additional movement can help Catherine run left and right to be outside of the boss's rockets.

After clearing the 3/3 Challenges, I recleared this with Catherine, Silvie, Emma, Winston, Shisero in 8 turns. This freed up a strong team for me to use to challenge the 3rd boss with. The reclear video is available here. (If anyone actually reads these descriptions.)
