"Videx VAS-20-BH pulls the wire from coils, straightens, cuts to length, thread rolls one side and bends to shape..
The machine is super-fast, making 120 parts per minute.
The single-side models are designed to make Anchor-Bolts, Eye-Bolts and Straight studs. Some models are also availabel for production of fully threaded studs.
To assure a high level of accuracy and high production rates, each operation is done in a separate station. The separation of operations makes the machine easy to operate and reduces the risk of one operation influencing the others.
The flow of parts between the operations is done internally, with no external conveyors. "
