shatteredge - minecraft end music disc concept

Описание: Recently i was asked to compose a song for an end mod the requester was making, their mod was pretty cool and i had a lot of fun making the song. it also really reminded how much i Desperately want an end update.

Im like 96% sure 1.20 will be an end update, but then again theres still a few other things they could add or make better, like archaeology which everyone just forgot about.

After starting to think about what would be in an end update i immediately thought about the echoing void dlc from minecraft dungeons, which i actually got not too long ago.

The dlc is pretty good but there is One thing that is just Not good, and its the music.

The music is basically just Loud ambience and the most annoying sounds of all time. i Guess it kinda fits the general vibe of the end but it is so grating to listen after like 4 minutes.

I dont even like the final boss music that much, and its Objectively the best song out of that entire soundtrack. if you havent heard it just imagine someone hitting random keys on a piano with some orchestral instruments playing in the background. its like whoever composed it didnt want anyone to recreate it so they just made it the most confusing thing to listen to ever.

Maybe you could make a point of how it represents the end's shattered and strange form, but honestly its really just a mid song if anything.

So, i took one of my favorite base minecraft songs (concrete halls) and did a bit of an End type music disc take on it. so pretty much concrete halls for the end.

the end cities are pretty vertically oriented, and dont really have halls,,,,, so

concrete shafts?

i dont know.

Also if youre curious i bought the nether dlc too, that one is equally as good and actually has decent music. and the gigablaze is Still cool and i will forvever be mad that it lost to the phantom to be in the base game.
