Our 100% Solids Polymer Coating System is quick-curing and 4 times stronger than other epoxy
1. Preparation: We grind the concrete with a 600 pound diamond grinder with attached, sealed HEPA vacuum to minimize dust
2. Concrete reconstruction: Cracked & pitted areas will be cleaned out, then filled with our mender repair liquid. Mender is then ground smooth with existing substrate
3. Basecoat: We apply Penntek, XP 275, 100% Solids Polyurea tinted base coat which is 4 times stronger than epoxy
4. Broadcasting the chip: UV stable vinyl flakes give added texture & enhanced appearance to your floor
5.Scraping the chip: We scrape, vacuum & reclaim excess vinyl flakes
6. Clear Coating: We apply Penntek NX 30 polyaspartic topcoat which is 100% UV Stable
Silica Sand can be broadcast into the topcoat for slip resistance
Walk on your floor in 12 hours, move in heavy items after 24 and drive on it after 48
