This recording is designed to lull the listener into a deep state of sleep. In this file the listener is not feeling well and their friend who is a hypnotist comes over to help them sleep and rest so they can feel better. The listener is offered a soothing cup of tea by their friend and is then guided into trance as they listen to soothing music. Please make sure you are laying down before listening to this recording. There is no wake up command at the end of this file.
