The South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) Toll Road 4 (TR4) is a 66.74-kilometer extension project connecting Sto. Tomas, Batangas to Lucena City, Quezon. It is designed to reduce travel time from 4 hours to roughly 1 hour. The project is divided into six sections, with progress continuing as of 2025 to boost economic growth in the region

Location: Extends from Sto. Tomas, Batangas, to Lucena City, passing through Makban and San Pablo, Laguna.

Sections: Divided into six sections, including Package A (Santo Tomas-Makban) and Packages B/C (Makban-San Pablo-Tiaong).
