CHP Stops Speeding Vehicle and Uncovers $150k Warrant

On November 9, 2025, in Solano County, California Highway Patrol officers observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Interstate 80. A traffic stop was initiated after the vehicle was recorded traveling approximately 96 miles per hour.
During the stop, officers found the driver had an outstanding warrant worth $150,000 from Contra Costa County. The driver was Identified as Jakhi R. Rayshawnivtho and taken into custody without further incident, one passenger was also arrested on a separate warrant, and the remaining passengers were released.
