I cut the board into eighteen-inch-long one piece and seven and a quarter inch long two pieces. I have sixteen and half inch piece in my scrap wood. You can even take the help of lumber store to cut it for you.
Attach the two seven and one fourth inch on either side of the eighteen-inch board with two two-inch hinges on each side.
Attach the sixteen and one-half inch piece on the lengthy side of the eighteen-inch piece with two one inch binges.
If you have tools to cut the shape, cut a half circle with four-inch radius on the other side of the eighteen-inch piece. It will fit to the shape of the bowl.
