This is a “what if” mix of …And Justice for All with Jason Newsted’s bass at a realistic musical level.
I used AJFA rough mixes and Jason’s later Metallica albums as references to decide where the bass should sit. The bass tracks come from Guitar Hero: Metallica which lets us hear the parts Jason originally recorded.
You’re hearing Jason’s Wal Mk2 bass through an Ampeg SVT brought forward just enough to support the songs not too loud, not buried and as close as possible to the album’s original intent.
This is The Real Justice for Jason.
