Josep-Maria Ribera, MD, PhD, Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital, Barcelona, Spain, shares insights into the most significant advances made in the treatment of Ph-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL), highlighting the incorporation of TKIs into chemotherapy schedules, the use of third-generation TKIs, and the addition of immunotherapy. These approaches have led to reduced reliance on chemotherapy and allogeneic stem cell transplantation. This interview took place at the 5th How to Diagnose and Treat: Acute Leukemias meeting of the European School of Hematology (ESH AL) in Mandelieu-La Napoule, France.
