Zillow: Home Values to Decrease by the end of 2025

Описание: Zillow just made a big shift: Their latest housing market forecast now predicts U.S. home values will decrease YOY by year-end

But don’t mistake this for a repeat of 2008. A nationwide crash isn’t on the horizon, and in fact, some local markets are still expected to see price gains. I’ll share the metros that Zillow is forecasting for the biggest gains and losses by the end of 2025.
