7 minutes guided Christian meditation especially for busy overwhelmed mums!
Let's enter the presence of God together through some breathing exercises, meditating on the word of God and some prayer at the end of the practice so you can better tackle your day! Reflecting on the breath of God as well as bringing awareness to our own breaths will help us feel more calm and better cope with stress and anxiety..

I wanted to create a realistic short guided meditation track for stressed out and busy mums that could easily fit in to your day. But this can really be for anyone who wants to connect with God deeper but struggles to make or find the time for it in their hectic schedule. This will help you with stress management, mental health, feel more calm and relaxed, help when you're triggered and dysregulated, and feel more at rest in God.
