Three Tips For A Successful Cloud Strategy

Описание: I've been doing cloud for the last decade, and in that time I've learned a thing or two about what makes a successful cloud strategy. In this video, I thought I would share my top three tips with you.

⛅Invest In Your People

The last tip I have is something I care deeply about and it's an issue that I have also seen time and again in my consulting career. You need to invest in your people. I've seen so many companies that are willing to spend millions of dollars on cloud infrastructure, but they won't spend to train their people. And that's a huge mistake.

Investing in your own people is the best way to ensure your cloud strategy is successful in the long term.
