Banana Nut Bread
3 to 4 bananas mashed
2 cup flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
Heaping 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbsp buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)
Assemble per video instructions
Bake in a 325° oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
