Flexible solutions for small batch and single part production:
Hydaulic tubes are getting used in many kinds of different machines. For most applications the batch size is very small and there are a couple of applications to do after bending like cutting ring assembling, nut assembling or closing of the tubes with dust caps to avoid that dirt can move into the tube inside.
transfluid offers the full range of machinery for hydraulic tube production starting with our manual operated bending and assembling machines, CNC bending machines with extremely short setup times or even fully automatic solutions for complete tube production “ready to use”.
The automatic production line we like to show you today offers the customer bending, cutting ring and nut assembling and plugging of hydraulic tubes with no tool change in between for up to 3 different tube diameters.
Small batch or even single tube production: Challenge excepted!
