Material preparation section
The powdered NPK raw material is proportioned through the dynamic batching system to ensure that the ratio of raw material meets the product requirements.
Feed the raw materials into the continuous discharge two-shaft mix machine for full mixing to ensure the uniform distribution of various nutrient elements.
Granulation section
The mixed raw materials are fed into the feeding machine, and then fed into the double roller extrusion granulator unit through the feeding machine to press the raw materials into pellets.
Adjust the process parameters of the double roller extrusion granulator, such as different sizes of roller die, roll pressure, roll speed, etc., to obtain the ideal particle size and shape.
The double roller extrusion granulator is the best machine for NPK powder granulation.
Particle shaping section
The prepared particles are sent through the belt conveyor to the 4-stage round polishing machine for shaping to obtain the ideal product shape.
Screening and packaging section
The pellet fertilizer processed by the round polishing machine is fed into the roller screen to remove the particles that do not meet the specifications.
The qualified granular fertilizer enters the automatic weighing and packing machine through the belt conveyor for packaging.
Storage section
The bagged finished products from the packaging section are automatically palletized by automatic palletizing machines and then transferred to the warehouse by forklift trucks.

For small NPK granular fertilizer production enterprises, the roller extrusion granulation method does not use the drying process, so the cost greatly reduces the customer's expenditure and saves the customer's production cost.
