I'm Building Log Cabin Front Porch With My Dog | Off Grid Life

Описание: In this episode, I built the front porch of the log cabin with my dog Bonnie, and finished the outhouse. There are still a few small things left to finish.
I also brought a 5,000-liter water tank to the property to collect rainwater. The water will be filtered and used as the main water source for the cabin.
The tank will eventually be moved a little farther from the cabin. I'm planning to build a foundation for it and surround it with insulated wooden walls to help prevent the water from freezing in winter. We get plenty of rain throughout the year, so the tank can fill up relatively quickly.
Next steps are to connect the rainwater collection system, sand and finish the cabin walls, install the solar system, install the wood stove, and much more.
