This is a new look at a tornado outbreak that occurred 30 years ago. This video contains color radar imagery from the Covington, KY WSR-57 (seen elsewhere on this channel) with overlays of warnings and tornado tracks. The same overlays are also added to radar imagery from The Weather Channel. Convective Outlooks from the National Severe Storms Forecast Center (predecessor to today's SPC) and the actual tornado and severe thunderstorm watches are also presented.
The audio is of the NOAA Weather Radio broadcast from the evening of June 2, 1990 that appears in other videos on this channel.
