Take a look at results of very succcessfuly project of HR Development in Slovenian Wood and Furniture Industry - KOCles 2.0.
The Wood Industry Cluster (http://www.lesarski-grozd.si/en/) has managed the Competence centre of HR development in wood sector (www.kocles.si), which comprised 27 companies (with 2.470 employees) and 8 institutions. The Competence centre organized trainings for the companies with aim to help them at their products, processes and business models’ development. In years 2016-2018 we realized 898 trainings sessions with 97 different lecturers. Trainings attended 5.392 participants from companies.
