Welcome to day 30 of our Pilates Circuits Challenge! You’ve made it to the FINAL workout! ❤️
Today we are going to focus on our deep core muscles to tighten up our waist, strengthen our core, and start to build that lovely hourglass figure ⌛️ we have got 5 movements repeated 3 times to really burn those abs, and increase the tension to build muscle! Building more muscle will also help you burn fat (including belly fat) in the long run! This workout has no equipment, so grab your mat and let’s get started ✨
