The Pokemon TCG Battle Ruler theme deck from the Fates Collide set is reviewed in this video. This deck is a fighting and grass type deck and is based around Zygarde. The deck was $12.98 from Walmart.
This is the 50th theme deck I have reviewed on YouTube, so if you're looking for other theme deck reviews I've probably reviewed it already on YouTube.
