It's my first big garden harvest of the season, and the kitchen is in full swing! In today’s video, I bring you along as I pick and process spinach, turn it into homemade greens powder, ferment fresh fireweed into tea, and make a second ferment of kombucha. I also bottle up some gorgeous chive vinegar—and accidentally flood the high tunnel in the process. It’s not all perfect, but that’s real life in the garden.
