Naxal-Free India: Congress Under Attack in Parliament

He said that while many states became largely Naxal-free before 2024, Chhattisgarh lagged behind due to earlier policies.

Under Narendra Modi’s leadership, the government adopted a “Whole of Government” and “Whole of Agency” strategy to tackle Naxalism.

This included better coordination between Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and state police, stronger surrender policies, and improved governance at village level.

Amit Shah said illegal activities will not be tolerated anywhere in India and reaffirmed the goal of making the country Naxal-free by March 31, 2026.
