Former nurse Meggan Sundwall is on trial for allegedly killing her friend with a fatal insulin overdose as part of a scheme to collect insurance money.
Sundwall is charged with aggravated murder and obstruction of justice in the death of 38-year-old Kacee Lyn Terry. Prosecutors say Sundwall convinced Terry she was gravely ill before giving her a lethal dose of insulin on Aug. 12, 2024.
