Ingredients for the Beef Filling:

· 250 g ground beef
· 1 small onion, finely chopped
· 1 tbsp tomato paste
· ½ tsp ground cumin
· ½ tsp smoked paprika
· ½ tsp paprika powder
· ½ tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
· 1 tsp granulated garlic
· ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
· ½ tsp black pepper
· ۱ cup water

For the Fresh Salsa:

· ½ onion, diced
· 2 tomatoes, diced
· Fresh cilantro, chopped
· Juice of ½ lemon
· Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sauce:

· ½ cup mayonnaise
· 2 tbsp ketchup
· 1 tsp mustard
· 1 tbsp onion, diced
· 1 tbsp pickle, finely diced
· ½ tsp smoked paprika
· Salt and pepper to taste
