aah, Yamaha... famous for their synthesizers for Arcades, PC's, & Consoles.
I think they're dead now but their legacy have shown how great gaming music was at the time.
This is the OPL series. Most popular as sound expansions for PC's & Consoles like the MSX or the NES & the Master System.
