Описание: We try the new HINOWA Lightlift 17.75 PERFORMANCE IIIS , a compact crawled boom that is becoming more & more popular.
Our newest tracked access platform can work with 230 kgs in the basket, with jib & boom fully opened.
This new affordable machine can reach those tight space that couldn' t be reached with other lifts.
The new jib PERFORMANCE allows to the operators to work in every condition with 230 kgs in the basket, which means two people working with all the necessary tools in the basket, keeping the parameters load capacity VS machine's weight extremely safe.
Furthermore, the strong articulated structure guarantees a great up and over helping to cross many obstacles.
Thanks to the pantograph system an excellent vertical trajectory can be obtained, this allows a simple and precise working flush with the wall with very quick movements.
The remote control of the PERFORMANCE IIIS has a simplified interface : one joystick controls only one movement.
The interface menu is available in various languages and a practical display gives useful information to the operator.
It features easy and comfortable controls such as self stabilization, boom movements and translation.
The four outriggers of the machine can be stabilized simultaneously and automatically with one button.
With another button the machine may be destabilized automatically.
The system preserves the possibility to stabilize single outriggers manually in case of particular obstacles or needs.
A practical display provides the operator with important informations.
Hydraulic solutions have been added in order to have the possibility to carry out different movements at the same time.
Furthermore, movement speed has been optimized and increased where possible
The system has been enhanced with new parameters:
• the service icon informs the operator when the machine has to be serviced in the future.
• The download icon allows the operator to download the last version of the available
The RAHM system ( Remote Assistance on Hinowa Machines ) permits a constant remote monitoring of the machine and remote diagnosis.
In addition to the triple-speed drive system (up to 3.0 km/h) the machine is equipped with a control on the inclination and decelerates automatically in extreme conditions, to provide a bigger safety for the operator.
The machine has two power sources. One of those sources will be AC electric, which must be plugged into AC power. The other is either a combustion engine: petrol or diesel with automatic rpm control or a lithium ION battery system perfect for situations requiring silence, no gas emission and no external electrical
connection with a cable.
