I'm a Menopause Yoga™ trained yoga teacher and I have completed over 700 hours of yoga teacher training.
This yoga class is aimed at women in either peri-menopause or post-menopause and experiencing cognitive symptoms like brain fog, overwhelm, lack of concentration, anxiety etc. The class includes a slow mindful flow, standing balancing poses and calming forward folds
Props: a yoga strap (or tie or belt)
Suitable for all levels
