Kosovo measures eased but under tight restrictions

Описание: (18 May 2020) Kosovo on Monday started the second phase of easing its virus restrictions in a bid of preventing a total collapse of the economy in one of poorest countries in Europe.
Dental clinics and retail shops resumed business with limited services.
"It is a very limited procedure that we can serve during these two weeks of testing (two weeks of eased virus measures)," said dentist Uran Basholli.
Public city transport started operating with limited seats as cafes and restaurants still only offer take away services.
The government claims that its lockdown steps have kept a low number of the virus infections
Kosovo has registered 985 cases and 29 deaths as of Monday.
Following the start of the outbreak in mid-March Kosovo imposed a total lockdown with all its land and air links shut, schools, shops, cafes and restaurants were closed as well.
Public and private transport was cancelled, and people could only go out one time per day to buy the necessary food and other items needed.
But on Monday, Pristina's streets were more populated than the previous weeks.
