This is most trending and beautiful Pull me up Cake. It is best fusion recipe of cake with our traditional sweet Rasmalai, so you can celebrate diwali with such srumptious Pull me up cake.

For 1 6 inch sponge:
3/4 cup maida ( all purpose flour)
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4th teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoon milk powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup powder sugar ( 80 gram )
40 gram oil / melted butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
(I have use 2 6 inch sponge in this cake.)

For Rasmalai :
1 GITS Rasmalai Mix
200 gram sugar
400 ml milk

Other:
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
1 drop yellow food colour
150 gram chocolate coumpound
1 OHP sheet
1 edible butterfly
few saffron (kesar) strands
