X4 Foundations: 8.0 HF3 - My xenon are making a comeback

Don't know if you remember, but players on forums were complaining about the aparent weakness of the xenon in 8.0 update, as in getting their arses handled to them by the factions, before the player ever get to chance to go at them.
I was also seeing prety much the same in my old save, the xenon were boxed in their sectors, to the point that I was forced to reload after doing my fleet combat tests, because they were not able to recover their losses and the factions would immediately fill in the gaps.
I'm a combat focus player, and if I don't have xenon to fight, X4 become very boring to me, I mean you can do the generic place/destroy satellites, mine, LTs only for so long, and the combat missions are a joke, protect a miner, that you can do with a fighter, and kill 10 xenon N, and so on. I was already making my exit strategy for X3TC, and a big reason for that were the combat and patrol missions (the X-treme rank ones, with plenty of capital ships to deal with), also...infinite xenon. :D
And so, I was "loging" in to X4 to walk on stations and ships, to build stuff, like the boron conversion of my HQ and so on, and did my combat in X3TC. However, after some game days in X4, I noticed something....the xenon are returning. :D They are still dealing with a teladi flood of ships, even losing a core sector to them, but the battle is on. :D...and even noticed the first decent invasion of the Hatikvah's Choice in weeks :D

What can I say...nothing shut me up more about the current issues of the game than having xenon to fight...the "crops" are looking good, and soon will be time to "harvest"...life as a xenon farmer, you gotta love it. :D
