Easy and Healthy Sheet Pan Dinner

You are going to LOVE Fast Weeknight Dinner. This is an easy and healthy sheet pan dinner!
Ingredients:
1. Russet Potato
2. 1 Sweet Potato
3. 2 Bell Peppers
4. Head of Broccoli
5. 2 Links of eckrich smoked sausage (Original or Turkey) about 1 lb
6. 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
7.1 tsp of pepper
8. 1 tsp of salt
Directions:
1. Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cut potatoes into 1" cubes
3. Cut broccoli into florets and peppers into quarters
4. Add oil, salt and pepper to the veggies and mix together
5. Place veggies on a sheet pan making sure to place potatoes in the middle
6. Cut sausage into angles and place on pan making sure to not overlap
7. Place all in the oven for 10 minutes, flip everything over and then an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender!
8. Enjoy with rice, quinoa or straight up!
