This video describes another version how to learn a Kaboom on your own with very little help from a coach. In this tutorial the FTA's Head Coach, Greg Roe, demonstrates learning a Kaboom by going around the side, off axis.
With all these freestyle athletes taking training into their own hands they need to learn how to build skills safely on their own. We still suggest you get into a gym with a coach who can help.
