This video teaches you a true speed-training exercise designed to increase your cruising speed and improve your ability to produce fast, controlled golf swings. You will perform 4 sets of up to 10 swings, but the goal is not to complete all 10 — the goal is to get tired quickly.
If you reach fatigue at 10 swings, that’s good.
If you reach fatigue at 7 swings, that’s even better.
The purpose of this drill is to create maximum speed in the fewest swings possible. The moment your speed drops or your breathing increases, you stop immediately. This is not an endurance exercise. It is about producing peak speed, not long sets.
