1. St. Nicholas Church

St. Nicholas Church in Narikala Fort, Tbilisi, Georgia
St. Nicholas Church is located in the lower court of Narikala fort inTbilisi, Georgia. The church was originally built in 13th-century and recently restored in 1996-1197 when the church was destroyed in a fire.
The entrances of the church are on three sides: in western and the northern arms facing each other, and in the center of the western arm.
The facades of the long arms of the church are identical: narrow, on the top of the arch type wooden door, a little bit beyond, and the window under the pediment is located between the windows.
The most remarkable is the eastern façade; the altar is lighted with the flat, arch type window that is placed in the double frame. On its both sides the image of crosses that are placed on the steps are placed. On the top of the window the medal, made of brick, is depicted. The composition is completed with the equal armed crosses, placed under the pediment.
The mural paintings by G. Zaziashvili (1900) still can be seen in the interior. (Wikipedia)

Jvari Monastery (Georgian: ჯვრის მონასტერი) is a sixth-century Georgian Orthodox monastery near Mtskheta, eastern Georgia. Jvari is a rare case of an Early Medieval Georgian church that has survived to the present day almost unchanged. The church became the founder of its type, the Jvari type of church architecture, prevalent in Georgia and Armenia. Built atop of Jvari Mount (656 m a.s.l.), the monastery is an example of harmonious connection with the natural environment, characteristic to medieval Georgian architecture. Along with other historic structures of Mtskheta, the monastery was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1994. (Wikipedia)

The Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (Georgian: სვეტიცხოვლის საკათედრო ტაძარი, svet'icxovlis sak'atedro t'adzari; literally the Cathedral of the Living Pillar) is an Orthodox Christian cathedral located in the historic town of Mtskheta, Georgia, to the northwest of the Georgian capital Tbilisi. A masterpiece of the Early and High Middle Ages, Svetitskhoveli is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. It is considered one of the four Great Cathedrals of the Georgian Orthodox world.
