San Francisco Neon is hosting the Neon Speaks Festival over the next two weekends. There will be short films shown, a walking tour as well as other events. We are joined by Randall Ann Homan and Katie Conry to talk about the festival and how the Tenderloin Museum will be expanding its neon exhibition.
