What are the causes of hyperpigmentation? So mainly we have seen people who go and expose in a sun without sunscreen. That is cause a hyperpigmentatio. If you have a PCOD problem then you will get a pigmentation and if after delivery you have seen the melasma type pigmentation on the cheeks and the nose if you are taking contraceptive pills also and if you have a allergy to the perfume also you will create. If they apply some type of balm or other thing then they will also get a pigmentation. So there are the many reason for the pigmentation. How to avoid pigmentation? If you have a hormonal issues then you have to correct that and then the certain treatment is there for the hormonal like a PCOD or thyroid problem. We have to correct the problem so how to avoid the pigmentation or melasma. So first thing is to apply a sunscreen lotion. Lots of people they don't know they think that when you're going out only a sunscreen is required. No it is a myth when you are sitting in inside the office or you are at home if you are not going out also you need to apply sunscreen lotion even you are working in an office. Lots of lights are there, blue lights or the laptop. you are using. So lights are there ultraviolet rays are there. So that also create a pigmentation. So I will advise you to apply a sunscreen lotion when you are indoor or outdoor and repeat it like after 3 hours you apply again. So this is one of the precaution you have to do. Avoid direct sunlight and exposure to the sun. From window also sunlight is coming then if you have a hormonal problem then you have to take a medication for that go for the treat with your doctor hormonal you can balance with that. Then what we have to do for the treatment? If you have already got all this thick pigmentation happen because of the suntan or continuously it will not come in one day if you're continuously in out or if it is too much of exposure of any other thing.
